Brand: Ralph Lauren only, no exceptions

Photography Tips

Batch all photos on Saturday morning in a single session. This is the highest-impact part of your process - buyers make their decision from the lead photo alone.
Natural light near a window; avoid direct sunlight
Plain background - grey or white works best
Fold the polo flat with the logo centred and clearly visible
Remove any creases, lint, or dust before shooting
Use Banana Pro, ChatGPT, or Grok image tools to correct lighting if needed

Listing Strategy

Principle: Never list all five items on the same day. Spreading them across the weekend keeps your account consistently active on the platform, which improves visibility.

Rules

If an item receives no sale after 2 bumps, drop the price by £5 and bump again
After 3 bumps with no sale, drop to £15 and move it quickly - recovering your capital is the priority

Sourcing Notes

Striped vs plain: Striped polos sell significantly faster than plain ones - prioritise them wherever possible. Ensure the stripes run the full width of the shirt. Avoid polos where the body is striped but the collar and sleeves are solid; these are harder to sell.
Price hard limit: Never pay more than £12 TTC (total including all shipping costs)

Weekly Schedule

Approximately one hour, split across Saturday and Sunday. The bot manages everything in between.

Mon–Fri: Check the polo filter every few hours when you get a spare moment. Aim to secure roughly one polo per day - the bot does the heavy lifting, but a quick check keeps you ahead of the listings.

Saturday

• Review everything sourced during the week
• Batch all photography in a single session
• List 3 items
• Bump any listings that have been live for 7 days with no sale

Sunday

• List the remaining 2 items
• Confirm your filters are still running correctly
• Review what sold during the week and reinvest if capital allows

Reinvestment: Put 100% of profit back into stock while in growth phase - do not withdraw early
