Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026
1. The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and FlipPilot (“we”, “us”), operated from the United Kingdom, contactable at siteliftstudios@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. You must be at least 18 to use FlipPilot.
2. What FlipPilot is
FlipPilot is a set of tools for organising a resale business: inventory tracking, sale and expense records, profit calculations, sourcing analysis and listing preparation. You enter your own data; FlipPilot organises it and produces estimates from it.
3. Not financial, tax or professional advice
Profit figures, ROI numbers, buy/pass suggestions, sell-speed estimates and everything else FlipPilot produces are estimates for organisational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and you should not rely on them as such. Buying and selling decisions — and their outcomes — are entirely yours. For tax matters, check official HMRC guidance or speak to a qualified accountant.
4. No marketplace affiliation
FlipPilot is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Vinted, Depop, eBay or any other marketplace. It does not automate, scrape on your behalf, or connect to your marketplace accounts. You are responsible for complying with each marketplace's own terms.
5. Your account and acceptable use
- Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Don't use FlipPilot for anything unlawful, or to track the sale of items you're not lawfully entitled to sell.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service.
- Leaderboard figures are computed from your real records — attempting to game them may lead to removal from the leaderboard or account suspension.
6. Your data and content
Your inventory records, photos and business data belong to you. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display them back to you — that's all we use it for. You can export everything as CSV or delete your account at any time in Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
7. Subscriptions and billing
FlipPilot is currently free to use — there is nothing to pay and no billing is active. If and when paid plans are offered, the following will apply:
- Prices are shown clearly before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time via Settings → Subscription; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for.
- As a UK consumer you normally have a 14-day cooling-off right for digital services. By subscribing you get immediate access, and if you cancel within 14 days we'll refund you less a proportionate amount for the period already used. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep FlipPilot available and improving, but it's provided “as is”— we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid feature.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using FlipPilot and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. On closure, section 6 (your right to your data) is honoured wherever lawfully possible.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that: we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or decisions made in reliance on estimates the service produces; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £50 if you've paid nothing).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
